KEY STAGE LEADS
Our Key Stage Leads play a vital role in supporting the
smooth running of each phase of education. They provide
guidance and support to teaching staff, help maintain
consistency in expectations and routines, and work closely
with families to promote positive outcomes.
Andrew Raven - KS2
I work in Lower School, where I help shape the
curriculum and support teaching. I care deeply
about teaching that makes a real difference for
pupils with SEMH needs, helping them feel safe,
confident and ready to learn. I’m musical, love
reading and firmly believe that creativity belongs
at the heart of learning.
Chris Entwistle - KS3
I am the KS3 lead. With over 14 years in SEN, I
love supporting students, teaching IT and English,
and I enjoy sports, walking, and school trips.
Seeing pupils grow in confidence and develop
essential life skills is the most rewarding part of my
role.
Louise Cairns - KS4
I am the KS4 lead. I have worked at Chaigeley for
nearly ten years. I believe success comes from
effort, and every pupil deserves a safe, supportive
environment. I enjoy the daily variety at Chaigeley
and, in my free time, love music, running, hiking,
and paddleboarding.
