Monitoring, Evaluation, and Impact
We believe that interventions should be both measurable and meaningful.
Juniper Therapy uses a combination of Motional assessments, staff feedback,
and pupil voice to evidence emotional development and progress.
Our evaluation process:
Establishes clear baseline and end-of-intervention measures.
Tracks improvements in emotional literacy, self-regulation, and
engagement.
Provides summaries for SENCOs and leadership teams to support reporting
and reviews.
Informs next steps for continued pupil growth and wellbeing.
This ensures our work contributes to whole-school development and
demonstrates a clear impact for pupils and staff.
Best Practice and School Learning Visits
We encourage schools to learn from and with each other. Juniper Therapy can
facilitate best practice visits and demonstration sessions where staff can
observe therapy spaces, sensory circuits, and motional interventions in action.
These visits can be tailored to specific priorities, such as:
Embedding sensory regulation strategies.
Developing trauma-informed classrooms.
Designing communication-friendly learning environments.
Sharing practical examples helps schools to strengthen their inclusive culture
